Seligman is located in northern Arizona between Kingman and Flagstaff on Interstate Highway 40. Seligman addresses, Zip Code 86337, cover a large territory.
It has a bright future because of two major events that will have a major positive impact on the development of the town:
The Yavapai Ranch Land Exchange
The proposed Cement Plant
Yavapai Ranch Land Exchange
This land exchange will enlarge the contiguous boundaries of the Prescott National Forest and will also result in a large contiguous tract of land that is destined to be owned by Suncor. It will also benefit youth camps near Prescott by allowing them to own the camps rather than operate on leases with the Prescott National Forest. Moreover, several surrounding towns, notably Flagstaff and Camp Verde will benefit by the land swap. See Map (Coming soon)
