This chart shows graphically that around twice as many homes are coming onto the market than are being sold. The result of this is an accumulation of the number of homes for sale. Eventually, homes will take longer to sell and prices will level off or maybe even start to fall. If you want more specific analysis done, please call John and ask for it.
